Yesterday, we were paged out with Weeping Water Volunteer Fire Department and Manley Volunteer Fire Department for a large grass fire near 144th and Adams. We'd like to give a huge thank you to Elmwood Rural Fire Dept, Elmwood Rescue, Nehawka Vol. Fire Department, Murray Fire & Rescue, Murdock Volunteer Fire Department, Cass County Emergency Management Agency, Cass County EMS, Cass County Sheriff's Office - NE, Cass County Dispatch, Final Grade Construction And Conservation LLC and last, but definitely not least, the multiple farmers who all came out to help us get control of and extinguish this quickly moving fire!
